A simple search allows Clients to retrieve all of the information for a single account, make payments, and request a hold or cancellation. Supplementary encryption options and administrative controls limiting user-access offer an additional layer of file security. Using the NoSQL platform for image archival and limiting the use of MySQL gives Docutrail® superior performance ability.

Sharding Support

The support for “sharding” is an essential feature of Docutrail®. Databases with a large volume of data sets and transactions per second can challenge a server’s capacity. “Sharding” is the process of storing sizable data sets over multiple servers (or “shards”). This reduces index size, resulting in increased search, retrieval and performance ability. Each shard represents an independent database, and collectively the shards make up a single logical database.

Big Data

Big Data is a large volume of complex data in a variety of formats which flows into your business in the form of raw information daily. Big Data is important to businesses in a number of ways by providing an opportunity for analysis which could produce key insights to practices, procedures and the minds of the consumer. For this reason the storage and management of Big Data is crucial. Docutrail® provides NoSQL and distributed database support, synchronizing data across multiple servers. Easy Access

Since the LMS is integrated with Succeed, you can easily access consumer information from either the “Legal” tab in the account screen or from within the LMS screen in the drop down menu. This eliminates any “hunting” for account information, making it easier to update and recover. The “History” tab gives you important details on previous legal actions including garnishments.

The LMS menu indexes a number of essential legal functions for convenience. Here you can find a master list of garnishee information, an attorney library, and even a “worklist” that provides detailed instructions for engaging with the existing legal workflow.

Credit Reporting
