We are headquartered in Portland, Oregon, USA right in the middle of exponentially growing and thriving tech community of the silicon forest with vision to build client base across United States and Asia Pacific market.

Our India office based in Coimbatore, India will be focused on bringing together the best of the technology skills and talent to build and scale the products of StayAhead and grow the customer base across global markets.

 

Your role will include:

• Protect and own the overall vision of the product, vision and strategy for StayAhead solutions

• Drive the overall product development cycle, provide guidance, creative direction and mentorship to the product development team

• Own the end-to-end product design processes and guide the team through structure project management– including PM/engineering, but also customer-facing teams

• Ensure the quality of the product delivered and timelines

• Recruit, build, lead, grow, and retain a diverse and inclusive team of product designers, user researchers and leaders

• Spearhead all the ongoing improvements to the product by considering the ongoing market analysis, competitive landscape, and usability findings

• Build long term strategies around the overall mobile design/experience

• Work in a fast-paced high growth environment where customers absolutely adore the product

• Own the user experience and information architecture vision & strategy for StayAhead products and solutions

• Travel to client locations within US on short term and long term projects on needed basis

We expect you to have:

• Excellent organizational skills

• Superior written and verbal communication skills

• Experience in a start-up or other fast-paced environment is a plus

• 8+ years of professional UX/product design experience in software development context

• 3+ years managing direct reports

• Previous experience leading design or design teams on a major overhaul of information architecture in a B2B context

• Thorough understanding of the SaaS Application & enterprise software arenas

• Process for working across the full spectrum of product design, from early research, vision, information architecture to detailed specifications

• Previous experience working on complex workflow products a plus

Preferred to have:

• Managed and built any B2B or B2C SaaS based software application

• AWS and GCP will be a huge plus

• Server-less application building experience

• Experience with universal design, mobile-first development, and/or business workflow platforms preferred

• Exposure to DevOps practices will be an advantage

• Building API’s to third party applications is a must

• Exposure in building applications for SaaS platforms
